About us

国家核电技术有限公司北京软件技术中心(简称“国核软件”)成立于2010年5月,是国家核电技术公司为提升我国核电产业创新发展能力、实现三代核电自主化而进行的战略性布局,旨在实现核电软件的自主化、工程化和产业化,是我国成立最早且目前规模最大的核电软件专业研发机构,是我国目前唯一的国家级核电软件开发平台“国家能源核电软件重点实验室”的主体依托单位。

国核软件主要从事核电关键软件开发与评估、核电软件工程应用分析、大数据技术研究、先进数值模拟技术与应用、软件管理与技术支持及核电软件标准体系建设等业务。国核软件牵头承担大型先进压水堆核电站国家科技重大专项“核电关键设计软件自主化技术研究”任务,开发以COSINE(核反应堆堆芯物理、热工和系统安全分析一体化软件包)为代表的、具有完全自主知识产权的核电关键设计分析软件,内容涵盖核反应堆堆芯核设计、堆芯热工水力设计、系统安全分析、概率安全分析、蒙特卡罗粒子模拟、燃料设计及性能分析、严重事故模拟分析和群常数制作等软件产品。软件开发过程严格按照国内外核安全法规标准,并参考先进的软件工程最佳实践。目前,COSINE软件包已完成需求分析、理论准备、程序设计、代码实现和大部分测试验证和部分程序确认工作。计划于2015年底完成COSINE软件包公开测试版。同时,软件中心还承担了重大专项“严重事故分析及应急决策支持技术研究”课题,多个横向课题及国家核安全局核安全导则编制等任务。

为汇聚各方优势力量协同创新,国核软件积极推动国内外“产学研用”合作,与上海交通大学、西安交通大学和华北电力大学等高校联合成立“核电软件工作站”,采用集中开发模式,以国家任务为引导,前沿研究与工程实践相融合,实现了软件的协同开发与验证,推动建立我国核电软件模型评估数据库,先后加入了由OECD/NEA主导的ROSA-II、PKL-3、HYMERES、ATLAS等国际著名大型实验研究计划,联合国内多家研发机构共同开展多项实验研究,建立我国核电软件模型评估体系。另外,软件中心与上海核工程研究设计院合作成立了上海核电软件工程应用测试中心,共同推动COSINE软件的自主化进程与工程应用。

国核软件以“质量第一、用户满意、遵守程序、规范管理、过程改进、持续提升”为质量方针,以“高可信、高精度、高性能、零缺陷”为质量目标,秉承国家核电“以核为先、以合为贵、以和为本”的文化理念,开拓创新、锐意进取,努力建设成为世界一流的核电软件研发、测试评估和工程应用基地。

The State Nuclear Power Software Development Center (SNPSDC) was founded on May 21, 2010. It is a subsidiary of State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation (SNPTC), Now SNPSDC is the first and largest professional nuclear power software research and development institute in China, which aims at promoting the self-reliant development ability of nuclear power design and analysis software. In September 2011, the National Energy Key Laboratory of Nuclear Power Software was approved to establish, based at and operated by SNPSDC, which is the sole national nuclear power software development center in China.

The major goals of SNPSDC are to develop and validate the nuclear power self-reliant software products, and provide services for nuclear power industry on application of nuclear power software, research on big data technologies, advanced simulation technology and BPG application, NPP software management and technical support, NPP software development standardization etc. Now SNPSDC is leading and carrying out the NPP software research and development key project which was approved by the national administration. The project is named”Research on the Self-reliant Technology of key NPP Design Software”, represented by COSINE (COre and System INtegrated Engine for design and analysis), and aims at developing NPP software with independent intellectual property rights. COSINE covers nuclear reactor core design, Monte Carlo simulations, thermal hydraulics design and system safety analysis, probabilistic safety analysis, severe accident analysis, fuel design and neutron group-constant systematic . At the present, SNPSDC has achieved the requirement analysis, theory manual, design, coding and the majority of V&V, In addition the COSINE public beta is also planned to finish by the end of 2015. SNPSDC is also in charge of the “Severe Accident Analysis and Emergency Response Support System Research” project of National Science and Technology Key Project, and have finished the nuclear power safety guidelines for National Nuclear Safety Administration. etc.

In order to take advantage of the existing resources to form cooperative innovation, SNPSDC adopts the methodology of production-study-research-practice and cooperates with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xian Jiao Tong University and North China Electric Power University via the “NPP Software University Workstations”. With centralized development, led by state-oriented tasks, and combining cutting-edge research and engineering practice, SNPSDC has achieved the collaborative software development and validation. SNPSDC promotes building the validation database for NPP software in China and has joined some important international experimental research project, such as OECD/NEA, ROSA-Ⅱ project, PKL-3 project and HYMERES project. At the same time, SNPSDC unites with several research institutes in China to carry out some research experiments and together are building the model evaluation system for NPP software. On the other hand, SNPSDC cooperates with Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute (SNERDI) to establish shanghai testing center, which aims at promoting the self-reliance and engineering application of COSINE.

SNPSDC follows the quality policy of “Quality first, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance to Quality program, Standardized management, Continuously improved processes” and works towards the quality objectives of ”High Reliability, High precision, High performance and Zero Defect”.  SNPSDC shares SNPTC’s corporation culture of “nuclear power first, close cooperation, communication friendly” and makes its great effort to establish a world-class center for NPP software research & development, V&V and engineering application.
